ZONE 3: The northern most boundary is the Middle Oconee River; bounded on the west by an imaginary line separating Westwood Hills and Holiday Estates subdivisions to the Athens Perimeter, then following the perimeter southward to the Oconee County line; bounded southward by the Oconee County line which crosses the perimeter then follows McNutt’s Creek to the Middle Oconee; bounded to the east by the Middle Oconee River.
