Chief Lumpkin Announces Promotions
July 16, 2008

Chief Joseph H. Lumpkin, Sr., announces the promotion of Captain Mike Shockley to the rank of Major. Major Shockley is the commander of the Information Management Division which includes Crime Analysis, Records, and Property and Evidence.




Officer Gene Hamilton was promoted to Senior Police Officer. SPO Hamilton is assigned to the Uniform Division.
