Fax/Mail Request for Incident or Accident Report *Does not include price of report	$3.00
Fingerprints for Alcohol Licenses (8 a.m. until 4 p.m.) Note: Includes $24 GBI processing fee.	$36.00
Fingerprints (8 a.m. until 4 p.m.)	$12.00
VIN Verification	$15.00
Records Check (GCIC Criminal History)	$20.00
Good Conduct Letter	$25.00
Expungements (Includes Criminal History Report) Note: Must have Incident Report & Court Disposition when you submit request	$50.00
Taxi Cab Business Applications Note: Free is per individual listed on the application	$25.00
Taxi Driver License/Renewal	$30.00
Taxi Cab Replacement/Transfer of Permit	$15.00
Taxi Cab Safety Inspections	$25.00
Wrecker Service Permit (per application)	$50.00

Please allow three business days before picking up a copy of your Incident or Accident Report. In order to avoid unnecessary trips, you may call the Police Department Records Unit at 706-613-3888 to see if your report is ready to be picked up. Please have your Case Report Number (CRN) available when you call to expedite the process. Thank you.
