UGA Football Game News and Information

  • Check out the following maps and directions for the major parking decks.
  • Designated RV Club(s) parking is located in the College Station Road area in the parking lots at the Intramural Fields.
  • No Club RV's will be allowed into the designated campus parking areas until after 5:00PM on Fridays. Persons driving RV's are asked to refrain from driving on campus prior to 5:00PM. Additional traffic caused by vehicles waiting on parking spaces impedes the flow of vehicles attempting to leave campus and creates traffic problems.
  • Other RV parking (along with general use parking) is available through Prestige Parking at www.athensparking.com
  • Fans are asked not to save parking spaces. Double-parked vehicles will be towed.
  • Vehicles that block fire hydrants, park in fire lanes, park on a sidewalk, or block streets, will be towed.
  • Vehicles which are parked in spaces reserved for the disabled, without proper permits, will be towed.
  • The University's Campus Transit System will operate a pre- and post-game shuttle between the east end of Sanford Stadium and the East Campus Parking Deck.
  • Due to a number of ongoing construction projects, some parking areas are no longer available. Fans are urged to carpool or find alternative transportation to the game.
  • Fans should refrain from parking in the neighborhoods near campus. Athens-Clarke County law enforcement units monitor these areas and will enforce parking restrictions with towing, as necessary.
  • Fans are urged to make use of the Classic Center Parking Deck, the Ramsey Center Deck, the East Campus Parking Decks (near Stegeman Coliseum), and the Carlton Street Deck. These facilities have been underutilized in the past.

Due to the large crowds, fans should anticipate traffic delays.

The University of Georgia Police Department and the University of Georgia Athletic Association ask that fans follow these guidelines to help ensure a safe and pleasant game day experience.
